Physical not Social Distancing

Although a bit odd for a first post I am going to start with a pop-quiz.

"Which of these describes you?

1. You love to cook or bake.

2. About the middle of each day this questions creeps into your mind, "What are we having for dinner?"

3. You need a distraction from the current world happenings.

4. You are a wannabe cook or baker.

“If you agreed with one or more of these statements join me as I start this journey called, BLOGGING."

I love to cook and bake myself and have wanted to start blogging for years. So #3 above is what moved me into action. We have become a one subject world especially when it comes to media such as television, radio, Facebook, however it extends to every conversation I have with people too. I need a distraction from everything Coronavirus and I hope you do too.

Also, since I am 'social distancing' and really not even going anywhere, I have a little extra time on my hands.

Then finally, I love to meal plan. (here is a sample menu) I may enjoy it even more than cooking. One of my objectives is to have some meal planning posts with recipes to go with them.

So what happens when your birthday happens during the coronavirus and your a teenager? Well you don't get to have your friends over for your birthday but you do get to celebrate with your family and a RONA cake.

Got kids? Here is a sweet way to entertain them . Decorate your own (DYO) or paint your own (PYO) cookie kit.
